Before making our home in the Italian countryside, we both wandered the world.
Nico went to cooking school in Assissi, Italy, and spent years in the bustling kitchens of Italy and Switzerland honing his cooking curiousity.
He then changed course, and explored a business degree in the United Kingdom and Germany.
Louise moved from Denmark to the Eastern United States as a part of her studies, and embraced the diverse American food culture. Here, she developed her love for efficient homecooking and one pot meals.
